We ship to the countries and regions available at checkout. Shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times depend on the destination, item availability, and fulfillment location. Review the options and total cost shown at checkout before placing your order.

Where orders ship from

Orders may ship from our US warehouse or be fulfilled from China, depending on inventory, the item ordered, and the destination. A US delivery address does not always mean the order will ship from a US warehouse. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Delivery estimates

Processing time and transit time are separate. Estimates vary by item, fulfillment location, shipping method, destination, and carrier. The estimate shown at checkout is the best available guidance before purchase; delivery dates are not guaranteed. We will email tracking information after your order ships.

International duties and taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply. Unless checkout explicitly states that these charges are included, the recipient may need to pay them to the carrier or customs authority.

Delivery issues

If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or contains the wrong item, email info@feraco.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details. We will review the issue and explain the next steps.
