RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving an item purchased from Feraco. To start, email info@feraco.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Items in new, unused condition may be returned within the 60-day period. Under the 60-day guarantee, one worn or used item per customer may also be returned for a refund. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before shipping it.

After approving a return, we will provide a prepaid return label and instructions. The label is prepaid when issued; applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. We will explain any applicable deduction when we approve your request.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email you the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable.

For a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact info@feraco.com with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and explain the available resolution.
