After your order ships, we email a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Carrier updates may take time to appear after dispatch or label creation.
How to check
Open the tracking link in your shipping email, or enter your tracking number in the tool below. If your order ships in more than one parcel, each parcel may have a separate tracking number.
Delivery estimates
Processing and transit times depend on the item, fulfillment location, destination, and carrier. Review the estimate shown at checkout and our Shipping & Delivery page. Estimated dates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

If your tracking link does not work or scans have stopped for an unusual period, email info@feraco.com with your order number and tracking number. We will help investigate with the shipping partner.
